Its Football Time In Tennessee!

After months of off-time and changes to the landscape, NCAA Football returns August 29.
The Rose Bowl is the site of the National Championship Game this season.

Several conferences have either lost or gained new faces and one conference, the Western Athletic Conference (WAC), has dissolved completely.

The newest team to join the Bowl Subdivision is the Georgia State Panthers.

The Panthers along with Texas State Bobcats, former WAC school, join  the now dwindling Sun Belt Conference.

The Middle Tennessee State University Blue Raiders, Florida Atlantic Owls, Florida International Panthers, and North Texas Mean Green left the Sun Bel and accepted invitations from Conference USA along with former WAC member Texas-San Antonio Roadrunners.

Conference USA divisions are now East featuring: East Carolina Pirates, the Owls, Partners, Marshall Thundering Herd, Blue Raiders, Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles, and Alabama-Birmingham Blazers. The West features: Bulldogs, Mean Green, Rice Owls, Tulane Green Wave, Tulsa Golden Hurricane, Texas-El Paso Miners, and the Roadrunners.

The Utah State Aggies left the WAC and joined the Mountain West Conference giving them 12 teams and splitting the conference into two divisions.

The Mountain Division features: Air Force Falcons, Boise State Broncos, Colorado State Rams, New Mexico Lobos, the Aggies, and Wyoming Cowboys. The West includes: Fresno State Bulldogs, Hawaii Rainbow Warriors, Nevada Wolfpack, UNLV Runnin' Rebels, San Diego State Aztecs, and San Jose State Spartans.

The remaining two former WAC members, Idaho Vandals, and New Mexico State Aggies, became Independents.

The ACC gained two members both from the American Athletic Conference, formerly Big East.

The Pittsburgh Panthers join the Coastal and Syracuse Orange to the Atlantic.

The American Athletic picked up several CUSA members including: Houston Cougars, Memphis Tigers, Southern Methodist University Mustangs, and Central Florida Golden Knights.

125 Teams in the FBS and over the next 2 months I will release my predictions 2 every day starting today.
